An analysis of the regional characteristics of industrial heritage in Qingdao’s colonial period

青岛殖民时期漫长的工业发展过程中,殖民文化、工业文明和青岛的自然环境相结合,形成了那个时期青岛特有的工业遗产.通过对青岛地区殖民时期的工业发展,厂区的空间布局,工业建筑单体特征,以及当时青岛的工业文化现象等分析,阐明了在青岛殖民时期工业遗产中体现出的青岛地域特征,对青岛工业遗产的保护与更新具有指导意义.

In the long process of industrial development of Qingdao during the colonial period, the combination of colonial culture, industrial civilization and the natural environment of Qingdao formed the unique industrial heritage characteristic of Qingdao in that period. Through the analysis of the industrial development in the colonial period of Qingdao, including the spatial layout of the factory, the characteristics of industrial single buildings, and the industrial cultural phenomena of Qingdao in the period, this paper expounds the regional characteristics of Qingdao embodied in the industrial heritage of Qingdao colonial period, and provides guiding reference for the protection and renewal of Qingdao's industrial heritage.
