Effects of Innovative Model of Tutorial System on Supervising Undergraduates’ Dissertation Thesis Design

从学生、教师和教学安排等三个方面分析了经济管理类本科生毕业论文存在的问题。从理论和实践两个层面,探索了学生全学程参与科研训练的“科研实践创新型导师制模式”,分析了该模式的基本内容、实施过程及主要作用,对该模式的推广提出了对策和建议。

This article analyzes problems in dissertation thesis of undergraduates of economics and management from three aspects: students, teachers and teaching arrangement. It actively explores the “innovative tutorial system model of scientific research practice” in which students participate in scientific research training throughout the course of their studies. It also analyzes the basic content, implementation process and main role of the “innovative tutorial system model of scientific research practice model” and gives suggestions for the popularization of this model.
