摘要
《农产品经营与管理》是农学类专业的一门核心课程,随着时代的不断发展,许多新的经营与管理方法不断涌现,传统教学模式已不能满足教学质量、学生经营与管理能力的现实要求。本文从《农产品经营与管理》课程教学的现状和问题出发,基于翻转课堂的理念,根据应用型人才培养要求对《农产品经营与管理》的教学改革和教学模式进行了研究,旨在提高教学效率和教学质量,促进今后学生经营与管理能力的提升。
Agricultural Product Management is an important core course for undergraduates majoring in agriculture. With the development of the times, new methods of management are emerging. The traditional teaching mode has the problems of low teaching quality and slow improvement of students' management and management ability. Starting from the current situation and problems of the teaching of agricultural products management course, based on the concept of flipping classroom, this paper explores the teaching reform of Agricultural Product Management and the construction of teaching mode according to the requirements of cultivating applied talents, which is conducive to improving the teaching efficiency and quality, as well as improving the students' management ability.
