Challenges and Countermeasures of Current Ideological Work in Colleges and Universities

目前高校意识形态工作中面临的问题主要表现为:意识形态“抢滩”高校阵地,“洋八股”盛行严重冲击马克思主义在意识形态领域的指导地位,高校讲台出现“噪音”“杂音”误导学生,大学生思想政治教育主渠道和主阵地作用的吸引力有待提高,大学生信息甄别能力与媒介素养不高。我们可以从以下几个方面着手解决以上问题:坚定理想信念,坚守社会主义主流意识形态阵地;我国哲学社会科学领域必须坚持以马克思主义为指导地位;不断加强青年教师马克思主义理论素养;不断增强社会主义意识形态话语体系教育的针对性、吸引力和实效性;创新工作方式,引导学生提高信息甄别能力与媒介素养。

The problems faced in the current ideological work of colleges and universities are mainly as follows: miscellaneous ideology types penetrating campus, the prevalence of “ foreign stereotypes” has seriously affected the guiding position of Marxism in the field of ideology,“noise” and “discordance” appear on the university poduim to mislead students, the attraction of the main channel and main position of college students’ ideological and political education needs to be improved. College students’ information screening ability and media literacy are not high. We can solve the above problems from the following aspects: strengthening ideals and convictions and adhering to the mainstream socialist ideology, China’s philosophy and social sciences must adhere to the guiding position of Marxism, constantly strengthen the theoretical literacy of young teachers’ Marxism, constantly enhancing the pertinence, attraction and effectiveness of socialist ideological discourse system education, innovative working methods to guide students to improve information screening and media literacy.
