服装与服饰设计专业校企合作育人体系研究 被引量:3

摘要 本科高校校企合作育人工作相比职业院校起步较晚,服装与服饰设计作为一个自身实践应用性要求极高的专业,理应只争朝夕、勇于探索,加快校企合作育人体系建设。以建立“C+E=C”人才培养模式为前提,在此基础上确立了该专业校企合作五大育人目标,论证后确立校企互动是本科高校各专业开展校企合作的有效模式。针对该专业实际,制定出符合校情、业情的校企合作育人体系,其架构包括模块体系、课程体系、教学组织体系和保障体系,旨在推进艺术类本科专业教育教学改革,提升人才培养质量。 Compared with vocational colleges, the school-enterprise cooperative education in undergraduate colleges started late. As a major with extremely high practical application requirements, clothing and apparel design should seize the opportunity to explore and accelerate the construction of school-enterprise cooperative education system. On the premise of establishing the “C+E=C” talent training mode, five educational objectives of school-enterprise cooperation in this major are established. After demonstration, it is established that school-enterprise interaction is an effective mode of school-enterprise cooperation among various undergraduate majors. According to the actual situation of this major, a school-enterprise cooperative education system in line with the situation of the university and the industry is developed. The framework includes a module system, a curriculum system, a teaching organization system and a guarantee system, aiming at promoting the reform of education and teaching of art majors and improving the quality of talent cultivation.
