摘要
燃气轮机事故紧急停机后,直流紧急油泵(ELOP)或辅助油泵(Aux.Pump)对轴承的润滑和冷却作用确保了机组安全可靠地停机。为了分析润滑和冷却作用对轴承的影响,建立了燃气轮机润滑油系统和轴承温度关系的数学模型,且利用Matlab/Simulink对油泵启/停和轴承的温度变化进行了动态仿真。结果表明:增大润滑油流量、降低润滑油油温均对轴承温度所需的冷却时间产生一定的影响,这一结论可为优化燃气轮机机组配备的UPS容量设计值提供参考。
In case of gas turbine gets accidently trip,the Emergency Lube Oil Pump(ELOP) or Auxiliary Pump(Aux.Pump)will run for lubing and cooling all bearings,which ensure gas turbine safety shut down till to standstill.In order to analysis these lubing and cooling impacts for bearing,lube oil system and rear bearing thermal analysis mathematic modules are established by Matlab/Simulink.Moreover,it can realize the dynamic turn on/off status of oil pumps and combine with the bearing temperature variation.The result shows that the time consumption of cooling down bearing is effected by increase of lube oil volume,decrease of lube oil temperature.This conclusion can provide a reference resource for optimum the capacity designation of UPS for gas turbine.
