Pullorum disease was one of the common infectious diseases in chicken farms caused by Salmonella pullorum. The epidemiological characteristics, transmission routes, clinical symptoms and pathological changes of pullorum disease were summarized. Combining with the practical experience of diagnosis and prevention, the prevention and control measures were put forward.
