新生入园是幼儿由家庭生活迈向幼儿园生活的开始,面对原有家庭生活常规及秩序的中断,幼儿会出现入园焦虑等各种不适应。为更好地做好新生入园工作,需要从幼儿园准备工作的“相识期”到取得家长信任、获得支持的“相知期”,再到缓解入园焦虑、顺利入园的“相恋期”三个方面寻求策略。

Newcomers entering kindergartens is the beginning of children's transition from family life to kindergarten life. Facing the interruption of the original family life routine and order, children will have various kinds of maladjustment such as anxiety of entering kindergartens. In order to do a better job of freshmen entering kindergartens, we need to seek strategies from three aspects: the "contact period" of kindergarten preparation work, the "familiarity period" of obtaining parents' trust and support, and the "adaptation period” of alleviating the anxiety of entering kindergartens, and smoothly entering kindergartens.
