摘要
光缆机械性能中最重要的是拉伸性能,光缆的拉伸性能在光缆的使用和施工过程中发挥着举足轻重的作用。本文介绍了纱类加强件余长,对光缆拉力性能的影响,其中加强件尤其指非刚性加强件。通过分析光缆在拉伸过程中光纤应变的变化情况,探究最佳光缆加强件余长。结果表明加强件余长与光纤余长的长度差越小拉伸性能越好,并且在光缆生产过程中,应确保加强件之间等长来满足光缆拉伸性能。
The tensile performance of optical cable is the most important mechanical characteristic and plays a significant role in the installation process of the optical cables.The impacts of the excess strength member length(ESL),especially the non-rigid strength member,of the optical cable on the tensile performance were researched in this paper.By analyzing the changes of the fiber strain during the test,the optimal ESL of the optical cable was explored.The results showed the smaller length difference between ESL and excess fiber length(EFL)lead to the better tensile performance.The optical cable production process should ensure the equal length of strength members to meet the tensile strength of optical cable.
