以太网报文顺序性测试方法研究

摘要 以太网中的多种协议和应用都对网络中报文的顺序敏感,网络中出现大量乱序报文会导致接收端重新排序从而大大降低性能,或者导致实时流媒体应用的服务质量下降。文章对报文顺序性的度量标准和检查方法进行研究,并在FPGA上设计并实现了针对100GE链路的报文顺序性检查功能。 A variety of protocols and applications in Ethernet are sensitive to the order of packets in the network. A large number of out-of-order packets in the network will cause the receiver to restore order and thus greatly reduce the performance, or lead to the degradation of the service quality of real-time streaming media applications. In this paper, the metrics and checking method of packets reordering are studied, and the algorithm of sequence checkingfor 100 GE link is designed and implemented on FPGA.
