面向地铁门变导程螺旋丝杆的数控仿真加工 被引量:2

摘要 根据地铁门的运动特点,设计了相应的变导程螺旋丝杆,确定丝杆半径、角速度,得到变导程螺旋线的参数方程并画出丝杆三维模型。基于DEFORM-3D对丝杆进行铣削仿真,分别从主轴转速、进给速度、加工深度这3个方面研究不同参数变化对铣削力的影响。对仿真结果进行拟合,得到进给速度、主轴转速、切削深度与铣削力之间的关系式。以金属去除率、加工质量和加工成本为约束条件,求解出最优的主轴转速、加工深度和进给速度,以此为加工参数可以极大提高丝杆加工质量和加工效率。 According to the characteristics of subway door movement, the design of suitable lead screw of the variable lead screw for the door is designed. Based on DEFORM-3D simulation of milling force, the model is built and the milling force and milling parameters are analyzed. From the three aspects of spindle speed, feed rate, depth of processing, the change trend of milling force under the given parameters is obtained. By fitting the simulation results, the relationship between given feed rate, spindle speed, cutting depth and milling force, and the constraints of metal removal rate, machining quality and machining cost are given. The simulation results show the optimization of the spindle speed, processing depth and feed speed. Based on DEFORM-3D, it simulates the milling force, improves the machining quality and the machining efficiency of the screw rod.
