摘要
传统方法规划高铁快运运输基地时,普遍存在着基地选址规划耗时久、成本费用高等问题,为此提出一种基于免疫算法的高铁快运运输基地选址规划方法。基地建造总费用包括所需材料运输费用、运输基地建造成本费用和基地管理费用,以基地建造总费用最小为基地选址规划的核心目标,并以此为依据建立高铁快运运输基地选址的上、下层模型。利用免疫算法求解基地选址模型,获取基地最优规划布局方案,完成运输基地选址最优规划。实验结果表明,该方法在对高铁快运运输基地进行选址规划时耗时短、成本费用低。
In the traditional method of planning high-speed rail express transport base, there are many problems such as long-time and high cost in base location planning. Therefore, an immune algorithm based method for high-speed rail express transport base location planning is proposed. The total cost of base construction includes material transportation cost, transportation base construction cost and base management cost. The core objective of site selection planning is to minimize the total cost of base construction. Based on this, the upper and lower models of high-speed rail express transport base location are established. The immune algorithm is used to solve the base location model, obtain the optimal layout plan of the base, and complete the optimal planning of the transport base location. The experimental results show that the method is time-consuming and cost-saving for location planning of high-speed rail express transport base.
