摘要
针对液压机拉深垫能量回收问题,提出了一种再生电能回收利用方案。首先对电能回收系统的结构组成进行分析计算,设计了电能回收电路系统;然后采用Simulink对该系统进行了仿真分析;最后在四柱液压机上搭建了系统试验平台,对液压机工进过程中拉深垫的能量回收可行性进行了验证,并对回收效率进行了测试,结果表明该方案是可行的。
Aiming at the energy recovery of hydraulic drawing cushion, it proposes a scheme for recycling and utilizing renewable energy, analyzes the structural composition of the electric energy recovery system, designs an energy recovery circuit system. Based on Simulink it simulates. The experimental platform of the system is built on the four-column hydraulic press. The feasibility of technique is verified, and efficiency of the energy recovery about drawing cushion is tested.
