摘要
原煤仓分炉煤计量是火力发电企业入炉煤耗数据来源的关键环节,原煤仓分炉煤计量装置因称量量程大而采用传统的标准砝码测量法很难进行量值溯源,本文采用基于标准载荷测量法对原煤仓分炉煤计量装置计量特性进行测量,并对测量过程产生的不确定度来源进行定性分析和定量计算。实验和计算数据表明,应用标准负荷传感器和高稳定性力源控制系统等组成标准载荷测量装置对原煤仓分炉煤计量系统进行量值溯源,其计量特性数据是可靠的。
The measurement of raw coal bunker sub-furnace coal is the key link of coal consumption data source for thermal power enterprises. Because of the large scale of measurement, it is difficult to trace the measurement value by traditional standard weight measurement method. In this paper, the measurement characteristics of raw coal bunker sub-furnace coal measurement device are measured by standard load measurement method, and the uncertainty caused by the measurement process is analyzed. Qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation are carried out. The experimental and computational data show that the standard load measuring device composed of standard load sensor and high stability power source control system is used to trace the quantity value of the coal metering system of the original coal bunker furnace, and its metering characteristic data is reliable.
