摘要
文章介绍无人机露天大型料堆计量系统,着重描述了利用工业无人机高空拍摄,结合3D建模、点云计算,生成3D视图以及体积数据,实时传输到相关系统,形成计量数据。该系统能够快捷、准确和高效测得料场物料的体积和重量,实现了料堆体积测量误差控制在1%以内的目的。
This paper introduces the measurement system of unmanned aerial vehicle(uav) open-air large material pile, and focuses on the production of 3 D view and volume data through 3 D modeling and point cloud computing, which are transmitted to relevant systems in real time to form measurement data. The system can quickly, accurately and efficiently measure the volume and weight of materials in the material yard, and realize the goal of controlling the measurement error within 1%.
