溃疡性直肠炎的临床治疗效果观察

目的研究分析溃疡性直肠炎患者接受美沙拉嗪栓联合美沙拉嗪缓释颗粒治疗的效果。方法2014年6月—2016年5月我院对71例溃疡性直肠炎患者进行了分析,将患者分成了对照组和观察组,对两组的症状缓解时间及症状积分进行对比分析。结果观察组的临床治疗有效率是94.44%,对照组的临床治疗有效率是77.14%,观察组的治疗有效率比对照组高(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应率对比差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组腹泻恢复时间和血便消失时间均比对照组短,结果差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的症状积分比对照组低,结果差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论溃疡性直肠炎患者接受美沙拉嗪栓联合美沙拉嗪缓释颗粒治疗的效果较好,症状缓解时间短,治疗效果好,安全可靠。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of mesalazine suppository combined with mesalazine sustained release granules in the treatment of ulcerative proctitis.Methods From June 2014 to May 2016,71 patients with ulcerative proctitis were analyzed in our hospital. The patients were divided into control group and observation group. The symptom relief time and symptom score of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 94.44%,while that in the control group was 77.14%.The effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reaction rate between the two groups (P > 0.05). The recovery time of diarrhea and the disappearance time of blood stool in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Mesalazine suppository combined with mesalazine sustained-release granules is effective in the treatment of ulcerative proctitis,with short remission time,good therapeutic effect and safety.
