麻醉方式对老年患者术后早期认知功能的影响

The Effect of Different Anesthesia Methods on Early Postoperative Cognitive Function in Elderly Patients With Trauma

目的分析不同的麻醉方式对老年创伤患者术后早期认知功能的影响。方法选取我院2017年2月—2018年2月收治的92例老年创伤患者作为研究对象,将其随机分成实验组与对照组两组,其中对照组患者予以全身麻醉手术,实验组患者则予以局部麻醉手术。而后对他们术后出现早期认知功能的情况进行对比。结果在早期认知功能和精神状况方面,实验组的老年患者情况优于对照组,且两组数据对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床治疗老年创伤患者中,行手术治疗时,应用局部麻醉的方式,有利于老年患者认知功能和精神状况的恢复。

Objective To analyze and study the effects of different anesthesia methods on early postoperative cognitive function in elderly patients with trauma.Methods A total of 92 elderly trauma patients admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group and the control group.The control group received general anesthesia and the experimental group.Local anesthesia is performed.At the end of the operation,the recovery of early cognitive function in elderly patients was compared with different anesthesia methods,and the mental status of the two groups was compared.Results In terms of early cognitive function, the elderly patients in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group,and the data of the two groups were significantly different (P < 0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of elderly trauma patients, the application of local anesthesia in the treatment of elderly patients is conducive to the recovery of cognitive function and mental state in elderly patients.
