摘要
目的分析孕晚期乳房综合护理对母乳喂养状况及乳房并发症的影响。方法选取我院收治的160例孕晚期孕妇,随机分为对照组(n=80)及观察组(n=80),对照组接受常规宣教,观察组在此基础上接受乳房综合护理;比较两护理效果。结果观察组纯母乳喂养率88.75%高于对照组的60.0%,混合喂养及人工喂养低于对照组,乳房并发症发生率5.0%低于对照组的20.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕晚期乳房综合护理可提高母乳喂养率,降低乳房并发症发生率。
Objective To analyze the effect of breast comprehensive nursing on breast feeding and breast complications in late pregnant women.Methods 160 pregnant women in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups:control group (n =80) and observation group (n =80).The control group received routine education and the observation group received comprehensive nursing care of breast on this basis.Results The rate of pure breast feeding in observation group was 88.75% higher than that in control group (60.0%),mixed feeding and artificial feeding was lower than that in control group,and the incidence of breast complications was 5.0% lower than that of control group (20.0%)(P < 0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing of breast in the third trimester of pregnancy can improve breast feeding rate and reduce the incidence of breast complications.
