分析延续护理对肾衰竭血液透析患者的影响

Analysis of the Effect of Continuous Nursing on Hemodialysis Patients With Renal Failure

目的了解延续护理对肾衰竭血液透析患者的影响情况。方法选取2017年11月—2018年11月在我院接受肾衰竭血液透析治疗的62例患者作为研究对象,将其分为观察组和对照组各31例,观察组患者应用延续护理,对照组患者仅接受常规护理,对比两组患者的护理质量。结果观察组患者生活质量评分优于对照组,患者护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续护理从肾衰竭血液透析患者出发,可以为患者提供更加科学、高效的护理干预,有利于提升患者的生活质量水平,临床应用情况良好。

Objective To understand the effect of continuous nursing on hemodialysis patients with renal failure.Methods A total of 62 patients who underwent hemodialysis for renal failure in our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into observation group and control group,respectively.31 patients in the observation group were treated with continuous care.Group patients received only routine care and compared the quality of care between the two groups.Results The quality of life score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.The patient satisfaction score was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Continuing care can provide patients with more scientific and efficient nursing interventions from hemodialysis patients with renal failure,which is conducive to improving the quality of life of patients.
