针对性护理在剖宫产术后产妇护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Targeted Nursing in Postoperative Maternal Nursing After Cesarean Section

目的探究剖宫产患者手术后针对性护理的临床应用效果。方法将我院2017年1月—2019年1月收治的76例剖宫产患者作为研究对象,按照手术顺序分两组,对照组剖宫产手术之后实施常规护理,研究组剖宫产手术之后实施针对性护理,对比两组患者护理前后抑郁及焦虑评分情况,以及护理后自我幸福感觉评分情况。结果研究组患者护理后焦虑及抑郁评分改善效果好于对照组,研究组患者护理后自我幸福感觉评分高于对照组,各项组间差异对比均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产患者手术之后实施针对性护理能够有效提升护理工作质量,缓解患者手术后焦虑及抑郁等不良情绪,提升患者的自我幸福指数,帮助患者积极主动面对各项治疗及护理,提升康复效果。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of targeted nursing after cesarean section.Methods From January 2017 to January 2019,76 cases of cesarean section were treated in our hospital.According to the order of operation,two groups were divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing after cesarean section,and the research group received targeted nursing after cesarean section.The depression and anxiety scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups,as well as the self-happiness scores after nursing.Results The improvement of anxiety and depression scores in the study group was better than that in the control group.The self-happiness score of the study group was higher than that of the control group after nursing,and the differences among the groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion The implementation of targeted nursing after cesarean section can effectively improve the quality of nursing work,alleviate postoperative anxiety and depression and other adverse emotions of patients,improve the patients' self-happiness index, help patients actively face various treatments and nursing,improve the rehabilitation effect.
