仿真模拟手指在会阴裂伤产妇护理中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究仿真模拟手指在会阴裂伤产妇护理中的应用效果。方法将我院2018年1月—2019年1月收治的78例产后会阴裂伤患者作为研究对象,按照入院顺序分两组,对照组患者实施常规护理,研究组患者在其基础上增加模拟手指护理,对比两组患者产后1天、2天以及3天疼痛评分情况,伤口暴露以及感染发生率、伤口恢复时间以及对护理工作的满意情况。结果研究组患者产后1天、2天以及3天疼评分均优于对照组,伤口暴露以及感染发生率低于对照组,伤口愈合时间少于对照组,且对护理工作满意度高于对照组,各项组间差异对比均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论会阴裂伤产妇护理中模拟手指护理干预的实施能够有效提升护理质量,缩短患者伤口恢复时间,缓解患者痛苦。 Objective To explore the effect of simulated fingers in the nursing of perineal laceration.Methods To the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019,78 cases of postpartum perineal laceration patients as the research object,according to admission order is divided into two groups, control group,routine nursing for the patients with team on the basis of its increase simulation fingers care,compared two groups of patients with postpartum 1 day,2 days and 3 days pain score,incision exposure and the incidence of infection,recovery time of incision,and satisfaction of nursing work.Results 1,2 and 3 days postpartum pain scores of patients in the study group were better than the control group,the incidence of wound exposure and infection was lower than the control group,the wound healing time was less than the control group,and the satisfaction with nursing work was higher than the control group,the difference between the groups was significant,all had statistical significance (P < 0.05).Conclusion The implementation of simulated inpatient nursing intervention in parturient women with perineal laceration can effectively improve the quality of nursing,shorten the recovery time of incision and alleviate the pain of patients.
