护理人员成分输血认知度对临床输血的影响

Effect of Blood Transfusion Awareness of Nursing Staff on Clinical Blood Transfusion

目的探究护理人员对成分输血的认知度对临床输血造成的影响。方法将我院16名护理人员设为研究对象,根据随机数字法均分为实验组和对照组。实验组加强成分输血认知水平的相关培训,对照组则不进行相关培训,护士照常完成常规的临床输血工作。在我院选取2018年1—10月就诊的需进行临床输血的患者共200例,实验组和对照组的护理人员分别负责100例。比较两组患者输血的质量和患者及其家属满意度等临床情况。结果实验组在血液送检、保存、输送等方面的评分均高于对照组,患者及其家属满意度较高,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强护理人员成分输血知识的相关培训,能够使临床输血的质量得到提高,提升患者及其家属的满意度。

Objective To explore the influence of nurses' awareness of component blood transfusion on clinical blood transfusion.Methods 16 nursing staff in our hospital were selected as research subjects and were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number method.The experimental group strengthened the relevant training on the cognitive level of component blood transfusion,while the control group did not receive relevant training,and the nurses completed the routine clinical blood transfusion work as usual.A total of 200 patients requiring clinical blood transfusion were selected from January 2018 to October 2018 in our hospital.The nursing staff of the experimental group and the control group were responsible for 100 patients respectively.The quality of blood transfusion and the satisfaction of patients and their families were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of blood examination,preservation and transportation in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the patients and their families had higher satisfaction. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the training of nursing staff on component blood transfusion knowledge can significantly improve the quality of clinical blood transfusion and significantly improve the satisfaction of patients and their families.
