“品管圈”在提高预防术中低体温措施执行力运用 被引量:3

摘要 目的运用品管圈的方法提高手术室护士对术中低体温的认识,以达到预防患者术中低体温的目的。方法选择2018年3月1日—2018年11月30日对手术室护士发放50份调查表,统计研究期间手术室护士对低体温相关知识的了解,并抽查术中预防低体温措施的执行情况,自发成立品管圈,根据品管圈的十大步骤,按计划开展研究。结果本研究开展前我科可供术中保暖设备单一且缺乏,保暖设施操作不便捷,护士执行术中保温措施意识较差,开展品管圈以后购买了新进保暖设备,组织培训低体温相关知识,护士对术中低体温相关知识知晓合格率从实施前的16%上升到了实施后的100%,对低体温相关知识包括低体温概念、发生原因、预防护理措施以及危害等知晓率达到了100%,术中低体温率由改善前的68.34%降至了改善后的15.95%(P<0.01)。结论运用品管圈的方法可以提高护理人员的执行力和主观能动性,从而达到有效降低手术患者术中低体温发生率的目的。 Objective The method of quality control circle was used to improve the understanding of hypothermia in operating room nurses in order to prevent the low temperature of patients during operation.Methods From March 1,2018 to November 30,2018,50 questionnaires were distributed to nurses in operating room.During the statistical study,the operating room nurses had an understanding of the knowledge of hypothermia,and sampled the implementation of measures to prevent hypothermia during operation,and set up the quality control circle spontaneously,according to the ten steps of the quality control circle,Conduct research as planned. Results Before the development of this study,our department can supply warm equipment is single and lack,warm facilities are not easy to operate, nurses to carry out intraoperative insulation measures awareness is poor,the development of quality control circle after the purchase of new heating equipment,the organization of training of low temperature related knowledge,nurses on the relevant knowledge of intraoperative hypothermia know the pass rate from 16% before the implementation up to 100% after implementation,the knowledge of hypothermia,including the concept of hypothermia,causes of occurrence,preventive care measures and hazards, reached 100%,while intraoperative hypothermia decreased from 68.34% before the improvement to the improved 15.95%(P < 0.01).Conclusion The method of using quality control circle can improve the executive ability and subjective initiative of nursing staff,so as to effectively reduce the incidence of hypothermia in surgical patients.
