微型钢板结合可吸收螺钉治疗Mason Ⅲ型桡骨头骨折 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨微型钢板结合可吸收螺钉治疗MasonⅢ型桡骨头骨折的临床疗效。方法采用微型钢板结合可吸收螺钉治疗36例MasonⅢ型桡骨头骨折患者。根据Broberg-Morrey肘关节功能评分标准评价临床疗效。结果患者均获得随访,时间6~18个月。肘关节僵硬3例,异位骨化1例,无骨折不愈合。末次随访根据Broberg-Morrey肘关节功能评分标准评价疗效:优18例,良14例,可3例,差1例,优良率为88.9%(32/36)。结论微型钢板结合可吸收螺钉内固定术具有操作简便、复位满意、固定牢靠、可早期功能锻炼的优点,是治疗MasonⅢ型桡骨头骨折的有效方法。 Objective To invesitgate the clinical effect of treatment of Mason type Ⅲ radial head fracture with miniplate and absorbable screw internal fixation.Methods Thirty-six cases with Mason type Ⅲ radial head fractures were treated with mini-plate and absorbable screws.The clinical effect was evaluated by Broberg-Morrey elbow functional score criteria.Results All patients were followed up for 6 ~ 18 months.There were 3 cases of elbow stiffness,1 case of heterotopic ossification,without fracture nonunion.At the final follow-up,according to Broberg-Morrey elbow function score criteria,18 cases were excellent,14 cases good,3 fair,and 1 poor.The excellent and good rate was 88.9%( 32/36).Conclusions It is an effective method for the treatment of Mason type Ⅲ radial head fracture with mini-plate and absorbable screw internal fixation with simple operation,satisfactory reduction,firm fixation,and early functional exercise.
