Percutaneous minimally invasive locking plate internal fixation for treatment of Vancouver type B1 periprosthetic femoral fractures

目的探讨经皮微创锁定钢板内固定治疗Vancouver B1型股骨假体周围骨折的疗效。方法采用经皮微创锁定钢板内固定治疗31例Vancouver B1型股骨假体周围骨折。记录手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间及并发症。末次随访时采用髋关节Harris评分评价临床疗效。结果患者均获得随访,时间24~72个月。手术时间45~135(75.2±31.7) min,术中出血量60~550 (283.6±34.1) ml,骨折愈合时间3~9 (5.8±2.6)个月。末次随访时,髋关节Harris评分为80~100(96.3±9.8)分。未出现术后并发症。结论采用经皮微创锁定钢板治疗Vancouver B1型股骨假体周围骨折疗效满意。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of percutaneous minimally invasive locking plate internal fixation for treatment of Vancouver type B1 periprosthetic femoral fractures.Methods Thirty-one patients of Vancouver type B1 periprosthetic femoral fractures were treated with percutaneous minimally invasive locking plate internal fixation.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,fracture healing time,and complications were recorded.The Harris score of hip was used to evaluate the clinical efficacy at the last follow-up.Results All patients were followed up for 24 ~ 72 months.The operation time was 45 ~ 135( 75.2 ± 31.7) min,the intraoperative blood loss was 60 ~ 550( 283.6 ± 34.1) ml,the fracture healing time was 3 ~ 9( 5.8 ± 2.6) months.The hip Harris score was 80 ~ 100( 96.3 ± 9.8) points at the final follow-up.No postoperative complications occurred.Conclusions The Vancouver type B1 periprosthetic femoral fractures treated with percutaneous minimally invasive locking plate can achieve a satisfactory clinical outcomes.
