摘要 目的探讨锁定加压钢板联合Nice结治疗股骨中下段长斜行骨折的临床疗效。方法对22例股骨中下段长斜行骨折患者采用切开复位、Nice结维持并固定骨折端,置入锁定加压钢板固定治疗。结果 22例骨折均达解剖复位。患者均获得随访,时间12~24个月。骨折均愈合,时间3~8个月。末次随访时参照Merchant评分标准评价疗效:优16例,良4例,可2例,优良率为20/22。术后无复位丢失、内固定断裂等并发症。结论采用锁定加压钢板联合Nice结治疗股骨中下段长斜行骨折,固定可靠,并发症少,临床疗效满意。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of locking compression plate combined with Nice knot for treatment of the long oblique fracture in the middle and lower part of femur.Methods The 22 patients of long oblique fracture in the middle and lower part of femur were received open reduction,Nice knot maintained and secured the fractured end,and then the locking compression plate was placed for fixation.Results All the 22 cases obtained anatomic reduction,the patients were followed up for 12 ~ 24 months,and fractures healed within 3 ~ 8 months.At final follow-up,according to Merchant score system,16 cases were excellent,4 good and 2 fair,the excellent and good rate was 20/22.There were no complications such as reduction loss and internal fixation fracture.Conclusions In the treatment of long oblique fracture in the middle and lower part of femur,the method of locking compression plate combined with Nice knot are characterized by reliable fixation,few complications and satisfactory effect.
