乡村振兴战略背景下民族地区乡风文明建设调查研究——基于对内蒙古通辽市蒙古族村落的实地调查

Investigation and Research on the Construction of the Social Etiquette and Civility in Minority Areas underthe Background of the Rural Vitalization Strategy——Based on the Field Investigation of Mongolian Villages in Tongliao City,Inner Mongolia.

乡风文明是实施乡村振兴战略的要求,是乡村振兴的重要基础和保障,是乡村建设的灵魂所在。民族地区乡风文明建设关系到民族地区乡村全面振兴和全面建成小康社会目标的实现。民族地区乡风文明建设既有民族特色与区域特征,也有传统与现代的融合。社会转型和时代变迁,使民族地区乡风文明建设面临新的挑战。现阶段,坚决打赢脱贫攻坚战,逐步消除物质与精神贫困;发扬民族优秀传统,重构新时代乡村道德规范体系;构建公共文化服务体系,丰富农牧民文化生活;开展群众性精神文明创建活动,强化榜样引领作用,将有力促进乡风文明建设,助力民族地区乡村振兴。

The social etiquette and civility ,is the requirement of implementing the rural vitalization strategy, the important foundation and guarantee of rural revitalization,and the soul of rural construction.The construction of social etiquette and civility in minority areas is related to the rural revitalization ,the construction of new countryside and new pastoral areas,and the realization of the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in minority areas and achieving common prosperity for the whole country.The social etiquette and civility in minority areas has both national and regional characteristics,as well as the integration of tradition and modernity.Social transformation and changes of the times have impacted the construction of the social etiquette and civility in minority areas.Based on the field investigation of Mongolian villages in Tongliao City,Inner Mongolia,this paper focuses on the current situation and existing problems of the construction of social etiquette and civility in minority areas , deeply analyses the important influence of social etiquette and civility construction on the economic and social development of ethnic areas,and then puts forward practical countermeasures and suggestions,so as to offer reference for the rural vitalization in minority areas.
