近年来,为落实国务院、住房城乡建设部关于推进工程总承包发展的若干意见,深化建设项目组织实施方式改革,全国各地政府部门大力推行工程总承包的建设模式,本文结合EPC总承包的特点,对EPC项目合同的计价模式及风险管理进行分析,为EPC项目合同决策提供参考。

In recent years, in order to implement the Several Opinions of State Council and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on promoting the general contracting development of the project, deepen the reform of the construction project implementation mode, the government departments across the country vigorously promote the construction mode of the general contracting of the project. Based on the characteristics of EPC general contracting, this paper analyzes the pricing model and risk management of EPC project contracts, and provides reference for EPC project contract decision.
