摘要
随着我国对科研越来越重视,投入不断增加,当前科研机构承接的科研项目呈现来源渠道多、类型差别大、多个项目同时开展等特点,伴随出现项目延期、预算执行偏差较大等问题。针对此类问题,以“分析问题-提出方案-案例实践-结论”的思路,提出在以项目管理办公室(Project Management Office,PMO)为管理主体基础上,开展科研项目管理的几种方法,供科研管理工作者参考。
With China paying more and more attention to scientific research and increasing investment, the scientific research projects undertaken by scientific research institutions are characterized by many sources,great differences in types and simultaneous development of many projects at the same time,with the delay of project, the budget implementation deviation is large and so on. Aiming at this kind of problems, with the idea of "analyzing problems-proposing scheme-practice demonstration-conclusion", this paper puts forward several methods of scientific research project management on the basis of PMO(Project Management Office) as the main management body for scientific research management workers to refer to.
