摘要
河北银行邢台分行作为河北省大型的商业银行,发展快速,口碑优良,业务种类和服务水平极其优秀,已经在管理和销售团队建设以及客户群体发展等各方面取得了长足发展和进步。但作者在平时的工作实践中发现,河北银行邢台分行的客户经理绩效考核制度还未完善,在实施过程中存在了漏洞,对于员工管理和公司发展不利。所以作者通过创建一个以“平衡计分卡”的绩效考核管理体系,针对邢台分行出现的问题解决矛盾,优化结构。
As a large-scale commercial bank in Hebei Province, Hebei Bank Xingtai Branch has developed rapidly, has a good reputation, and has excellent business types and service levels. It has made great progress in management and sales team building and customer group development. However, the author found that the performance appraisal system of the account manager of Hebei Bank Xingtai Branch has not been perfected, and there are loopholes in the implementation process, which is not good for employee management and company development. Therefore, the author solves the contradiction and optimizes the structure for the problems arising from the Xingtai branch by creating a performance appraisal management system with a "balanced scorecard".
