摘要
近年来,华为发展迅速,在2018年《财富》世界500强中排名第72,华为的商业模式更是众多学者研究的对象。本文从商业模式的概念出发,对基于构成要素的商业模式文献进行梳理,并以Osterwalder的九要素理论为基础,对华为的商业模式进行研究,最后从中得到一些启发,期望为其他类似企业的发展提供参考。
In recent years, huawei has developed rapidly and ranked 72nd in the fortune global 500 in 2018. Huawei's business model is the object of many scholars' research. This paper starts from the concept of business model, sorts out the business model literature based on the components, and studies the business model of huawei on the basis of Osterwalder's nine elements theory, and finally obtains some inspirations, hoping to provide references for the development of other similar enterprises.
