摘要
随着生活水平的不断提高,人们越来越重视自己的肌肤情况,护肤品行业的市场规模也在不断增加。由于行业的不断发展,更多的企业开始重视消费者的需求以及消费者的个性特征。本文运用定性定量相结合的方法,调查分析了消费者对于护肤品的使用情况和期望。通过本文的分析,为企业的营销策略提供了一定的建议。
With the continuous improvement of living standards, people pay more and more attention to their skin condition, the market size of skin care industry is also increasing. Due to the continuous development of the industry, more enterprises begin to pay attention to consumer demand and consumer personality. In this paper, qualitative and quantitative methods are used to investigate and analyze consumers' use and expectations of skin care products. Through the analysis of this paper, some suggestions are provided for the marketing strategy of enterprises.
