玄武岩纤维沥青混合料疲劳性能试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 受到日益增大的重载交通量的影响,我国沥青路面更容易出现疲劳开裂等病害,因此,提出了更高的标准来提高沥青路面的疲劳性能。通过对玄武岩纤维吸油性能的分析,在沥青混合料中掺入长度为6mm玄武岩纤维,同时控制其掺入量为0.3%。掺加玄武岩纤维后的混合料,采用四点弯曲疲劳试验来分析其疲劳性能。通过研究结果可知,掺加玄武岩纤维后的沥青混合料,其疲劳性能显著提高,同时用该混合料铺筑的路面的高温稳定性也获得了明显的提升。不同的级配类型对其疲劳性能的提高幅度存在较大差异,其中玄武岩纤维对SMA-13级配的疲劳性能提升效果最明显。 Affected by the increasing heavy traffic volume, asphalt pavement in China is more prone to fatigue cracking and other diseases. Therefore, a higher standard is proposed to improve the fatigue performance of asphalt pavement. Based on the analysis of oil absorption performance of basalt fibers, 6 mm basalt fibers were added into asphalt mixtures and 0.3% of basalt fibers were controlled at the same time. Four-point bending fatigue test was used to analyze the fatigue properties of the mixture mixed with basalt fibers. The results show that the fatigue performance of asphalt mixture with basalt fiber is significantly improved, and the high temperature stability of the pavement paved with the mixture is also significantly improved. Different aggregate gradation will affect the fatigue performance of asphalt mixture improved by basalt fibers. Among them, SMA-13 graded asphalt mixture has the greatest improvement because of basalt fibers.
