在信息技术发展的进程中,对计算机人才的需求逐步增大。高职院校培养学生年限较短,应注重建立以就业为导向的人才培养模式。创新改革计算机课程,优化教学资源,增强学生综合素质,全面提高毕业生的岗位竞争力。就以就业为导向的高职计算机人才培养模式建构进行探究,研究高效建构路径。

In the process of information technology development, the demand for computer talents is gradually increasing. Higher vocational colleges have a relatively short period of training students, so they should pay attention to the establishment of Employment-oriented talent training mode. We should innovate and reform computer courses, optimize teaching resources, enhance students’ comprehensive quality, and comprehensively improve graduates’ post competitiveness. This paper explores and analyzes the construction of Employment-oriented computer talents training mode in Higher Vocational colleges and studies the efficient construction path for reference.
