基于校企联合的全日制硕士研究生培养模式探讨

Discussion on the Training Mode of Full-time Postgraduate Students Based on University-Enterprise Cooperation

针对传统全日制硕士研究生培养模式存在的问题,提出校企联合培养新模式,从培养目标联合制定、课程体系设置、课程教学模式、选题模式、实践教学基地、科研考核、论文指导与答辩七个方面展开讨论,运用理论研究、现状调查、信息统计等方法对校企联合硕士研究生培养模式进行探究,并应用到江西理工大学测绘科学与技术、地理学学科硕士研究生培养过程中,实践应用表明在该模式下学生论文发表质量、答辩平均成绩、考博数等均有大幅提升,理论素养、实践能力、创新能力不断加强,研究生培养质量显著提高。

Aiming at the problems existing in the traditional full-time postgraduate training mode,this paper proposes a new mode of joint training between universities and enterprises,discuss seven aspects of the joint development of training objectives,curriculum system setting,curriculum teaching mode,topic selection mode,practical teaching base,scientific research assessment,paper guidance and defense.Using theoretical research,status quo survey,information statistics and other methods to explore the university-enterprise joint master's training model and applied to the training process of postgraduate students in Surveying Science and Technology,Geography of Jiangxi University of Science and Technology.Practical application shows that in this mode,the quality of papers,the average score of defenses,and the number of exams have been greatly improved.The theoretical literacy,practical ability,and innovation ability have been continuously strengthened,and the quality of postgraduate training has been significantly improved.
