新中国70年我国学前教育政策发展考察 被引量:8

摘要 新中国成立70年来,我国学前教育在适应社会要求中快速发展,学前教育政策也在不断进行调整和变革。新中国70年的学前教育政策可以分为新中国成立之初的奠定基础时期、改革开放初期的恢复创建时期、新世纪前后的变革时期及2010年以来的新发展时期四个时期。每一个时期均出台了学前教育的基本政策、事业发展与管理政策、课程及质量政策、学前教师政策等,构建了学前教育政策体系,为学前教育发展发挥了应有的调控和导向作用。未来学前教育政策体系的建构应重视加快学前教育立法进程、进一步完善学前教育政策体系、强化学前教育发展中的薄弱环节政策等。 Since the founding of People’s Republic of China 70 years ago, China’s preschool education has developed rapidly while adapting to social requirements, and preschool education policies are constantly undergoing adjustment and reform. The 70-year preschool education policy can be divided into the foundation period in the early years of our country, and the period of restoration and creation in the early stage of reform and opening up, the period of change before and after the new century, and the four periods of new development since 2010. In each period, the proper regulation and guidance of the development of preschool education was functioned with the basic policies of preschool education, career development and management policies, curriculum and quality policies, and preschool teacher policies introduced, the preschool education policy system established. The construction of the future preschool education policy system should focus on accelerating the preschool education legislation process, further improving the preschool education policy system, and the weak parts policies in the development of preschool education.
