摘要
注塑模具是塑料制品加工中的重要工具,注塑模具的设计过程和模具质量的好坏直接决定了塑料制品的质量优劣,采用CAE技术可优化注塑模具设计方案,增大产品合格率、提高工作效率、降低生产成本。
The injection mold was an important tool in the processing of plastic products. The design process of the injection mold and the quality of the mold directly determined the quality of plastic products.Computer aided engineering( CAE) technology could be used to optimize the injection mold design scheme,increase the product pass rate,improve work efficiency and reduce production costs.
