摘要
介绍了热塑性塑料制品的成型过程、几种常见的热塑性塑料制品成型设备,以及根据热塑性塑料制品的形状结构、性能特点等改进和优化成型设备的方法,可提高热塑性塑料制品的成型合格率、提高产品质量,并能够降低能耗、缩短生产周期。
The forming process of thermoplastic products, several common forming equipments of thermoplastic products,and the methods to improve and optimize the forming equipment based on the shape,structure and performance characteristics of thermoplastic products were introduced. These methods could improve the qualified rate of thermoplastic products,product quality,and reduce energy consumption and shorten the production cycle.
