接枝改性纳米SiO2粒子增强CF与聚酰亚胺树脂界面性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用温和简单的浸渍法制备功能化改性二氧化硅(SiO2),并在碳纤维表面引入了一层功能化改性SiO2涂层,提高了碳纤维表面的润湿性和活性,同时增强了碳纤维/聚酰亚胺复合材料的界面。傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)证实了双-[γ-(三乙氧基硅基)丙基]四硫化物成功地将SiO2功能化。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)结果表明,在添加量为1. 0%时,在碳纤维表面形成了均匀的涂层。在此条件下,与仅浸渍聚酰亚胺树脂相比,层间剪切强度(ILSS)和界面剪切强度(IFSS)分别提高了26. 37%和38. 27%。 Functional modified silicon dioxide( SiO2) was prepared by mild and simple impregnation method,and a functional modified SiO2 coating was introduced on the surface of carbon fiber,which could improve the wettability and activity of carbon fiber surface, and enhance the interface of carbon fiber/polyimide composites. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FTIR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy( XPS) could confirm that bis-[γ-( triethoxysilyl) propyl]-tetrasulfide successfully functionalizes the SiO2. Scanning electron microscope( SEM) results show that a uniform coating is formed on the surface of carbon fiber when the addition of SiO2 is 1. 0%. Under this condition,interlaminar shear strength( ILSS)and interfacial shear strength( IFSS) could increase 26. 37% and 38. 27%,respectively,comparing with impregnated polyimide resins.
