PDS阻燃剂对聚碳酸酯阻燃及热稳定性影响 被引量:3

摘要 以4,4’-二氨基二苯基砜(DDS)和氯代磷酸二苯酯为原料合成一种DDS衍生物(PDS)阻燃剂,通过质谱(MS)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)及核磁共振磷谱(31P NMR)鉴定其结构。通过极限氧指数(LOI)、垂直燃烧(UL94)、锥形量热测试(CONE)及热失重分析测试(TG)对纯PC和PC/PDS复合材料的阻燃性、热稳定性进行研究。结果表明,PDS表现出较好的阻燃效果,当PDS添加量为2%时其LOI值为34. 5%,但UL94仅达到V-1级;PDS能够提高PC材料耐热性和炭层的热稳定性;PC/PDS复合材料的最大热释放速率较纯PC明显降低。 A type of flame retardant( PDS) was successfully synthesized with 4,4’-diaminodiphenyl sulfone and diphenyl chlorophosphate as raw materials. The structure of PDS was characterized by mass spectrum( MS), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FTIR),1 H NMR and31 P NMR. The flame retardant property and thermal stability of the composites were analyzed by limited oxygen index( LOI),horizontal vertical combustion( UL94), thermal gravimetric analysis( TG), and cone calorimetry test( CONE). The results show that the PDS is an effective flame retardant for PC. When the addition of PDS is2%,the LOI could achieve 34. 5%,however the UL94 level could reach V-1. The heat resistance of PC and carbon layer thermal stability could be improved by combined with PDS. The values of heat release rate are obviously less than pure PC.
