摘要
现有转向架在检修过程中采用人工推动的方式,存在检修效率低、工人劳动强度大以及能源浪费严重等缺点。为了改善现有转向架的检修方式,提出并设计了一台转运速度快、工作效率高以及操作简单的转向架自动转运车。首先,在SolidWorks中建立了转运车的三维模型并对其工作流程进行了分析;其次,根据转运车的工作特点及动作要求,考虑采用液压驱动并对液压驱动系统进行了设计;最后,根据转向架的转运要求,进行了液压系统的参数匹配计算,从而进一步提高转向架检修效率、转运安全性并降低工人劳动强度。
The existing bogies are manually promoted during the overhaul process, there are some shortcomings,such as low maintenance efficiency, high labor intensity of workers and serious energy waste. To improve the maintenance mode of the existing bogie, a bogie automatic transfer vehicle with fast transfer speed, high work efficiency and simple operation was proposed and designed. Firstly, a three-dimensional model of the transfer vehicle was established in SolidWorks and its operating flow also was analyzed. Secondly, according to the operating characteristics and motion requirements of the transfer vehicle, the hydraulic drive was considered and designed. Finally, according to the transfer requirements of the bogie, the parameter matching calculation of the hydraulic system is carried out to further improve the inspection efficiency, the safety of the transfer and the labor intensity of the workers.
