基于特征的圆锥体逆向测量与参数建模

摘要 在三坐标逆向测量过程中,圆锥体测量点数量的选取过多会延长逆向时间,选取过少会影响特征参数的准确性,并且最终逆向出来的B-REP实体模型难以进行参数化编辑。因此,针对圆锥体逆向过程测量快速化、特征准确化及模型参数化的逆向要求,提出一种基于特征的圆锥体逆向测量与参数建模法。首先,综合圆锥体的半顶角、轴线向量、轴高以及顶点等特征参数,在保证精度的条件下,确定了获得圆锥体特征参数的最少测量点数及其具体分布位置。然后,结合MATLAB、VB、SolidWorks软件来处理测量数据,依据计算结果进行参数化建模。最后,通过试验验证了该方法的有效性。该方法无需找正,具有一定的实用性,参数化建模方便了逆向优化设计。 In the process of three-coordinate reverse measurement, too many points of cone measurement will prolong the reverse time, too few points will affect the accuracy of feature parameters, and the final B-REP entity model is difficult to parametric edit. Therefore, in order to meet the reverse requirements of fast measurement, accurate feature and parameterization of the model in the process of cone inversion, a method of cone inversion measurement and parameter modeling based on feature is proposed. Firstly, by synthesizing the characteristic parameters of the cone, such as the half-apex angle, axis vector, axis height and vertex, the minimum measuring points and their specific distribution positions are determined under the condition of ensuring the accuracy. Then, the measurement data are processed with the software of MATLAB, VB and SolidWorks, and the parameterized model is built according to the calculation results. Finally, the validity of the method is verified by experiments. The parametric modeling facilitates the reverse optimization design.
