摘要
针对当前我国苹果采摘环节的机械化程度较低、运输不方便的现状,设计了一种苹果采装车。它由车架、车篮、折叠架梯、举升杆、传输软管和采摘头构成,车架上载有车篮,车篮一侧装有传输软管,传输软管的一端与车篮连通,传输软管的另一端安装有采摘头,采摘头装有电动刀片。该采摘车通过采摘头可实现苹果的采摘,通过举升杆可完成果树高处的苹果采摘作业;通过传输软管可有效防止苹果摔伤。解决了现有高处果实不易采摘、负重累等难题,可减轻果农劳动力,提升采摘效率与成功率。
in view of the low degree of mechanization and inconvenient transportation of apple picking in China,an apple picking truck is designed. It is composed of frame, basket, folding rack ladder, lifting rod, transmission hose and picking head. The frame is loaded with a basket, and one side of the basket is equipped with a transmission hose. One end of the transmission hose is connected to the basket, and the other end of the transmission hose is equipped with a picking head, which is equipped with an electric blade. The picking cart can pick apples through the picking head, and can complete the apple picking at the height of the fruit tree through the lifting rod. The transmission hose can effectively prevent apple falls. It solves the problems such as difficult to pick and heavy load, which can reduce the labor force of fruit farmers and improve the efficiency and success rate of picking.
