摘要
目的 探讨食用花椒与冠状动脉狭窄程度的关联性。方法 选取2016年10月至2017年6月期间于成都市第三人民医院心血管内科行冠状动脉造影的住院患者。调查患者食用花椒的频率,并运用多元线性回归分析冠状动脉狭窄与食用花椒的关系。结果 共纳入527名患者。不同花椒食用频率受试者冠状动脉狭窄程度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析提示食用花椒与冠状动脉狭窄程度密切相关[95%CI(-0.636,-0.525),P=0.000]。结论 食用花椒与冠状动脉狭窄程度密切相关。
Objective To assess the association between consumption of Chinese prickly ash and coronary stenosis. Methods Patients with coronary arteriongraphy from Oct 2016 to June 2017 were investigated in department of cardiology,the No 3 hospital of Chengdu.Consumption of Chinese prickly ash was assessed,and multiple linear regression model was used to analysis the association between consumption of Chinese prickly ash and coronary stenosis. Results 527 patients were included.There were significant differences for degree of coronary stenosis among patients with different consumption Chinese ash( P <0.05).multiple linear regression model showed that consumption Chinese ash is associated with coronary stenosis[95%CI(-0.636,-0.525), P =0.000]. Conclusion Consumption of Chinese prickly ash is closedly associated with coronary stenosis.
