摘要
为探究焊后热处理保温时间对焊后残余应力的影响规律,以余热排出系统中余热排出冷却器管板与环形支承板焊接组件作为研究对象,采用Sysweld建立焊接模型,对经历不同热处理工艺的管板与环形支承板对接焊缝的焊接残余应力进行模拟分析,同时将模拟计算应力值与盲孔法测试应力值进行比较,并通过模拟试验验证其力学性能。结果表明:管板与环形支承板对接焊缝在595℃进行消应力热处理,当保温时间达1.25h时,对接焊缝的焊接残余应力已降至最低值。延长保温时间,焊接残余应力保持最低应力值不变,且模拟计算的应力值与实际测量的应力值水平相当。模拟试验结果证明了按不同标准执行热处理,其力学性能处于相同水平。
The effect of heat treatment on residual stress after welding is enormous. For the purpose of analysis of influence law,the welding assembly residual stress subjected to different heat treatment processes are simulated by Sysweld numerical simulation software. It's composed of tube plate and the annular support plate from the passive residual heat removal system heat-exchanger. Meanwhile,the simulated calculated stress value is compared with the blind hole test stress value,and its mechanical properties are verified by simulation test. The results show that the welding residual stress of the butt weld of the tube plate and annular support plate reduces to the lowest value when it is subjected to stress relief heat treatment at 595 ℃/1.25 h. The minimum stress value is kept constant and the simulated calculated stress value is equivalent to the actually measured stress value level,when the holding time is extended. And the simulated test results also prove that the mechanical properties are at the same level when performing the heat treatment according to different standards.
