摘要 北京时代科技股份有限公司通过采用直角坐标机器人搭载埋弧焊接系统进行大型构件的焊接作业,有效地提高了焊接效率、减少了工作强度、提高了焊接质量。解决了埋弧焊接系统进行机器人焊接集成的难题,并取得了良好的应用效果。该直角坐标机器人由机械本体和机器人控制器以及焊接系统组成,其中机械本体由三个直线轴和一个旋转轴组成。机器人控制器采用X86结构的工业计算机做为硬件平台,利用IEC61131-3标准工业控制编程语言编写控制软件实现运动控制算法以及HMI。 Beijing TIME Technologies Co.,Ltd. makes use of rectangular coordinate robot to carry submerged arc welding system for welding large structural workpieces,which has effectively improved the welding efficiency, reduced the work intensity and improved the welding quality. We solved the difficulties of integrating submerged arc welding system with Robot,and achieved good application results. The rectangular coordinate robot consists of a mechanical body,a robot controller and a welding system. The mechanical body consists of three linear axes and one rotating axle. The robot controller uses X86 industrial computer as hardware platform,and uses IEC61131-3 standard industrial control programming language to write control software to realize motion control algorithm and HMI.
