摘要
机器人焊接常用于大批量标准件的生产,但因在线示教编程时间长等原因在非标件或小批次生产中受到很大限制。随着重工等行业对于生产自动化需求的日益提高,利用机器人焊接工作站自动化、柔性化等特点,对大型非标产品盾构机盾体生产进行了模块化设计,根据产品结构特点和尺寸特征进行了工作模块划分,优化成不同的焊接工作站,即盾体拼焊与组装工作站和多个零部件焊接工作站,实现了其自动化改造升级及模块化生产,大大提高生产效率、产品质量。为大型非标产品的自动化改造升级提供范例。
Robotic welding is usually used in the mass production of standard components,but it is not well applied in the small batch production of non-standard components due to the long teaching time when components change. With the increassing demands of automation in the heavy industry,modular design is conducted for shield structure,which a large non-standard product in shield tunneling machine,by taking advantage of automatic characteristics and flexibility of robotic welding station. Working modular is established according to the structure features and dimensions,which is then optimized to different robotic welding stations,namely tailor blank welding and assembly station for body of shield structure and multiple robotic welding stations for component. In such a way,the production line of shield structure is upgraded to manufacture automatically and in module. The production efficiency and quality are greatly improved. It can provide a paradigm for upgrading the manufacturing of such large non-standard products.
