养心汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的系统回顾与Meta分析

Systematic Review and Meta-analysis of Yangxin Decoction on Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris

目的系统评价养心汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效与安全性。方法计算机检索Pubmed、EMbase、Cochrane、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库,检索养心汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的随机对照试验,通过纳入与排除标准来选择文献、用Cochrane手册临床试验质量评价标准评价文献质量,提取有效数据,采用RevMan5.3进行数据的统计与分析。结果共纳入9项研究,包括692例患者。Meta分析结果显示:缓解心绞痛疗效分析结果显示[OR=1.92,95%CI(1.15,3.22)],观察组心绞痛疗效优于对照组。心电图疗效分析结果显示[OR=1.88,95%CI(1.18,2.99)],观察组心电图疗效优于对照组。中医证候分析结果显示[OR=3.20,95%CI(1.89,5.44)],观察组中医证候改善优于对照组。安全性评价:纳入的9篇文献中,观察过程中未报道不良反应的发生。结论养心汤能有效缓解冠心病心绞痛患者的心绞痛症状,改善心电图疗效及中医证候疗效。

Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Yangxin Decoction on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods:Computer was used to search Pubmed,EMbase,Cochrane,China Knowledge Network,VIP database,China Biomedical Literature Database and Wanfang Database for randomized controlled trials of coronary heart disease and angina treated with Yangxin Decoction The inclusion and exclusion criteria were used to select the inclusion literature;the Cochrane Manual clinical trial quality evaluation criteria were used to evaluate the literature quality,and the effective data were extracted. RevMan 5.3 was used for data statistics and analysis. Results:9 studies were included,including 692 patients. The results of meta-analysis showed that the results of the analysis of the effect of relieving angina showed that[OR=1.92,95%CI(1.15,3.22)]. The observation group was superior to the control group in the treatment of angina pectoris. The results of ECG analysis showed that[OR=1. 88,95%CI(1.18,2.99)]. The observation group was superior to the control group in the treatment of electrocardiogram. The results of TCM syndrome analysis showed that[OR=3.20,95%CI(1.89,5.44)]. The observation group had better TCM syndromes than the control group. Safety evaluation:in the 9 articles included,no adverse reactions were reported during the observation. Conclusions:Yangxin Decoction can effectively relieve the symptoms of angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,improve the efficacy of ECG and TCM syndrome,with high safety.
