痰热清注射液对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者肺功能与血清炎症细胞因子的影响

Effects of Tanreqing Injection Combined with Budesonide on Pulmonary Function and Serum Inflammatory Cytokines in Patients with Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的观察痰热清注射液联合布地奈德对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者肺功能与血清炎症细胞因子的影响。方法患者158例随机分为两组,对照组给予常规治疗,同时雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液,观察组在此基础上静脉滴注痰热清注射液,两组疗程均为14d。观察两组临床疗效,对比两组治疗前后第1秒用力呼气量占预计值的百分比(FEV1%)、用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量的百分比(FEV1/FVC)等肺功能指标与白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)等血清炎症细胞因子水平。结果治疗后观察组总有效率为94.94%,明显高于对照组的84.81%(P<0.05);治疗后两组肺功能指标、各项血清炎症细胞因子水平均有改善(P<0.05),且观察组各项指标改善情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论痰热清注射液联合布地奈德治疗AECOPD患者临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者肺功能,降低患者炎症反应。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Tanreqing Injection combined with Budesonide on pulmonary function and serum inflammatory cytokines in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD). Methods:158 patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine treatment,and budesonide suspension was inhaled by atomization. The observation group was given Tanreqing Injection intravenously on this basis. Both groups were treated for 14 days. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed. The changes of pulmonary function indexes,such as FEV1%,FVC and FEV1/FVC,and the levels of serum inflammatory cytokines,such as IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α,were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.94%,significantly higher than that of the control group(84.81%)(P < 0.05);the pulmonary function index and serum inflammatory cytokine levels were improved in both groups(P < 0.05),and the improvement of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion:Tanreqing Injection combined with Budesonide is effective on AECOPD,which can effectively improve the pulmonary function and reduce the inflammatory response of the patients.
