疏风解毒胶囊联合抗生素治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Shufeng Jiedu Capsule Combined with Antibiotics in the Treatment of Community Acquired Pneumonia

目的观察疏风解毒胶囊联合抗生素治疗社区获得性肺炎(CAP)的临床疗效。方法患者120例随机分为两组,对照组规范化治疗,观察组加用疏风解毒胶囊。观察两组患者治疗后临床效果。结果与对照组比较,观察组主要临床症状恢复时间明显缩短(P<0.05),且白细胞计数(WBC)、NE、C反应蛋白(CPR)、PCT在治疗后第3日明显降低(P<0.05),第7日基本恢复正常。影像检查表明治疗组肺部炎症病灶吸收率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未见不良反应发生。结论疏风解毒胶囊联合抗生素治疗CAP,能有效减轻临床症状,加速感染指标的恢复。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shufeng Jiedu Capsule combined with piperacillin tazobartan in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia(CAP). Methods:120 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group were treated with standardized treatment,and the observation group were given Shufeng Jiedu Capsule on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect of two groups of patients after treatment were observed. Results:Compared with the control group,the recovery time of major clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly shortened(P < 0.05),and the white blood cell count(WBC) NE,c-reactive protein(CRP),and PCT were significantly reduced on the third day after treatment(P < 0.05),and basically returned to normal on the seventh day. Imaging examination showed that the absorption rate of pulmonary inflammatory lesions in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). No adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. Conclusion:Shufeng Jiedu Capsule combined with antibiotics in the treatment of CAP can effectively reduce clinical symptoms and accelerate the recovery of infection indicators.
